Who We Are
We are a small but growing provisional Rotary Club that is geared for the young and “young at heart”. We meet around the time of “Sunset”, at 6 – 7:30 PM, to listen to engaging speakers, plan service opportunities, and enjoy each other’s company over drinks and dinner. Aside from our weekly meetings, we also have weekend events, parties, and service opportunities that members may volunteer for. If you are looking for a club that is geared for professionals who work during the weekdays, and want to give back to your community after work or on the weekend, then the Rotary Club of St. Petersburg Sunset is for you.

What We Do
Even though our club was just proposed to Rotary in late 2009, we have already been hard at work. Some of our most recent projects include cleaning up the St. Pete Shuffleboard Courts, volunteering to staff the St. Pete Bowl, and planning a 1920’s party to benefit our club and another charity. We work with local charities and have many other exciting events and service opportunities that are planned for 2010.
Join Us
The best way to become a member of our club, or to simply see what we are all about, is to join us for a meeting. We meet every Thursday from 6 -7:30 PM at Midtown Sundries, at 200 1st Avenue South in St. Pete, for cocktails and dinner. If you aren’t hungry, you don’t have to buy dinner. We designed our club this way to keep costs down for our young professional members. When you come, feel free to bring a friend.
