Who We Are

We are a recently chartered Rotary Club that is geared for the young and “young at heart”. We meet around the time of “Sunset”, at 6–7:30 PM, to listen to engaging speakers, plan service opportunities, and enjoy each other’s company over drinks and dinner. Aside from our weekly meetings, we also have weekend events, parties, and service opportunities that members may volunteer for. If you are looking for a club that is geared for professionals who work during the weekdays, and want to give back to your community after work or on the weekend, then the Rotary Club of St. Petersburg Sunset is for you.

What We Do

Even though our club was only chartered in September 2010, we have already been hard at work for over two years. Some of our latest projects include several Habitat for Humanity builds, serving meals at the Salvation Army, volunteering at the Special Olympics, building a fence at Brookwood St. Pete, and walking all night at Relay for Life. We work with local charities and have many other exciting events and service opportunities that are planned for 2011.

Join Us

The best way to become a member of our club, or to simply see what we are all about, is to join us for a meeting. We meet every Thursday from 6 -7:30 PM for cocktails and dinner at Tangerine in the Hilton Lobby ~ 333 First Street South in St. Pete. If you aren’t hungry, you don’t have to buy dinner. We designed our club this way to keep costs down for our young professional members. When you come, feel free to bring a friend.
